Self-exclusion is a formal process. After the initial exclusion period you can request to renew this for a further six months if you wish.

Self-exclusion is a formal process. After the initial exclusion period you can request to renew this for a further six months if you wish, by emailing lottery@treetopshospice.org.uk.

In order to reactivate your membership at the end of your exclusion period you will need to contact us, we will not contact you at the end of your exclusion period. If we do not hear from you, your self-exclusion will remain in place for up to seven years.

Throughout your exclusion period we will endeavour to refrain from sending you any marketing materials. We will also do our best to prevent you from opening a new membership.

There are two ways you can request self-exclusion from Treetops Lottery.

Treetops Lottery is a member of The Hospice Lotteries Association and the Lotteries Council both of whom, on behalf of their members, make a financial contribution towards BeGambleAware, an organisation with the sole aim of fundraising to assist with problem gambling.

Alternatively, GamCare is a registered charity that provides confidential telephone support and counselling to anyone who is affected by problem gambling. GamCare can be contacted on 0808 8020 133 (local rate from UK).

In the last financial year (2023-24), Treetops Lottery received £711,109 in income with 64% donated to Treetops Hospice Trust; 10% went into the prize fund, and 26% in administrative costs and recruitment.

The likelihood of winning each week depends on how many entries are in the draw. As an average this year (2023-24), there are 13,400 entries in the draw each week.  With this amount of entries, your number would have a 1 in 1117 chance of winning any of the 12 guaranteed cash prizes.
