Hospice at Home / Roaming Service
Minimum of 12 contracted night shifts per month.
Salary: £15.75 per hour (plus travel expenses + bank holiday rates)
NHS pension rights preserved plus holiday entitlement based on NHS.

We are looking for individuals with exceptional caring and interpersonal skills with an empathic and compassionate nature to join our team.
As a Health Care Assistant in our team, you will deliver care and support to people with terminal illnesses in the last few months and weeks of life. We carry out a range of care duties including helping patients meet their hygiene needs, monitoring symptoms and keeping detailed records and emotional support to the patient and their families.
Our approach is predominantly one to one, so you will often be working independently using your own initiative in line with patient need and Registered Nurse support.
To be a successful candidate you will need to have:
- Relevant palliative care experience
- NVQ Level 2 or above.
- UK driving licence & access to a vehicle are essential.
