Our Hospice at Home service provides a flexible and responsive nursing service in the patient’s own home. Treetops Hospice offers support and advice to patients, carers, health care professionals and other agencies involved in the patient’s journey.

The post is office-based and requires excellent organisational, communication skills and Computer literacy (Microsoft Office), and the ability to work under pressure in a small team in a busy environment.

We are looking for an individual with a real passion and enthusiasm to help us improve and develop the delivery of palliative care services in the community.

The successful candidate will need to deal with changing priorities and assimilating and responding to information from a variety of sources. They will have the ability to relate to people, with a supportive and empathetic approach and a kind and compassionate personality.

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly supportive environment, make a difference to those affected by a life limiting illness and contribute to Treetops Hospice.
