Treetops Hospice provides nursing and therapeutic care alongside emotional support for anyone affected by a life-limiting illness in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire We are seeking a professional, Quality and Compliance Officer and qualified Data Protection Officer to support the charity and ensure its compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will have substantial experience in understanding the laws and regulations relevant to the organisation. These include but are not limited to the Care Quality Commission, Institute of Fundraising, Gambling Commission and GDPR. You will ensure compliance and raise awareness of the requirements of Information Governance and GDPR across the organisation including delivering training and be responsible for monitoring the clinical and non-clinical audit and assurance programme. The successful applicant will possess the ability to build relationships and networks, to influence people across a wide spectrum and excellent communication and influencing skills.
