Treetops Hospice Care is a registered independent charity which provides care for people who are nearing the end of their life. All our services are provided free of charge and we rely on voluntary donations to continue our vital work. Thank you for your interest in supporting us with a regular donation.
To set up a regular donation, you can:
- Download a Regular Giving Form, complete and return it to the Fundraising Team.
- Contact our Finance Team for a Regular Giving Form to be sent to you in the post – please call 0115 949 1264 or email info@treetopshospice.org.uk
- Complete the Regular Giving Form below to set up a regular donation through PayPal:
