Self-exclusion is a formal process. After the initial exclusion period you can request to renew this for a further six months if you wish.

If you have purchased a one-off ticket from an event or from any of our outlets and the ticket number has been listed as a winning number for the draw date shown on your ticket, please complete this form to claim your prize.
If you are a member, prize cheques are sent to you automatically, there is no need to claim!
Once your claim has been received the Treetops Lottery staff will verify that you are a winner. If your prize is less than £100 you will receive your cheque in the post within 14 days. If your prize is £100 or more we will contact you within 7 days to arrange collection of your cheque. Please be aware that claims can only be honoured within 6 months of the winning draw date.
