Our Care
Therapeutic Services
We offer counselling and emotional support to bereaved adults, young people and children; and to adults with a life-limiting illness and their family.
We offer counselling and emotional support, and complementary therapy to adults, children and young people who have been bereaved; and to adults with a life-limiting illness and their family members.
How it works:
Our Counselling and Emotional Support services are available to all users of Treetops clinical services and people registered with a GP practice in Derby city, Erewash or Southern Derby. Our Complementary Therapy service is available to people who are currently in receipt of our care.
All services are provided free of charge, and are not means-tested.
We will arrange an assessment with you, at which the most appropriate form of support for you can be discussed
Please phone Therapeutic Services on 0115 949 6944 during our opening hours (8.30am-4pm Monday-Thursday, 8.30am-3.30pm Friday).
Treetops Hospice is a registered charity. It costs over £5.3 million a year to keep our doors open, but we only get a little funding from government bodies, roughly 18%. The rest of our funding comes from supporters, through voluntary donations, our shops, fundraising events, lottery memberships and gifts in wills.
