Our Care
Therapeutic Services
We offer counselling and emotional support to bereaved adults, young people and children; and to adults with a life-limiting illness and their family.
Our Therapeutic Services are available to all users of Treetops services and people registered with a GP practice in Derby city, Erewash or Southern Derby. All services are provided free of charge, and are not means-tested.
Please phone Therapeutic Services on 0115 949 6944 during our opening hours (8.30am-4pm Monday-Thursday, 8.30am-3.30pm Friday).
We will arrange an assessment with you, at which the most appropriate form of support for you can be discussed.
Treetops Hospice is a registered charity. It costs over £5.3 million a year to keep our doors open, but we only get a little funding from government bodies, roughly 18%. The rest of our funding comes from supporters, through voluntary donations, our shops, fundraising events, lottery memberships and gifts in wills.
