We offer counselling and emotional support to adults, children and young people who are dealing with a life-limiting illness or bereavement. The service is available to all users of Treetops services and people registered with a GP practice in Derby city or Southern Derbyshire.

How it works

All services are provided free of charge, and are not means-tested.

We will arrange an assessment with you, at which the most appropriate form of support for you can be discussed.

Treetops Hospice is a registered charity. It costs over £5.3 million a year to keep our doors open, but we only get a little funding from government bodies, roughly 18%. The rest of our funding comes from supporters, through voluntary donations, our charity shops, fundraising events, lottery memberships, and gifts in wills.
